1. DO YOU SHIP ANYWHERE IN CANADA?

Absolutely! Our packages are delivered across Canada.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will be processed within 24 business hours of the transaction. Your order will be delivered within 2-10 business days of being processed, depending on the delivery address.

3. HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is free for orders over $60 delivered in Quebec. Orders over $120 are delivered free of charge for the rest of Canada. Certain exceptions apply, you will be contacted if necessary.

4. WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE PAYMENT METHODS?

The simplest form of payment is the credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard and payment by Paypal. The online store does not store your credit card data.

5. IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?

We attach great importance to security during transactions. Your data is transmitted only in encrypted form, so that third parties cannot read it. Your credit card payment is processed by a certified security partner.

7. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have registered in our online store, you can consult your personal data and your order data under the “Crinqués de Nature account” tab after logging in. For each order, you are informed if it is already paid or if it is being shipped. We send you an email when your order is ready and a second email as soon as the goods leave our warehouse (shipment confirmation).

If you are not registered in our online shop, you will not be able to view your online order later. However, you will be informed of the progress of your order by email.

8. WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?

To be able to return merchandise, your item:

  • Must be in the same condition you received it,
  • Must be in its original packaging,
  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Full or partial refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time frame.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Trades

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you have returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $60, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
